Personality: Usati is overall fairly shy and insecure of himself, especially nervious around others. However he is also rather spoiled and dislikes having to do much work. He especially hates the common genin missions, such as helping in fields. Though he's not lazy, and loves more interesting missions. Despite his shyness he loves to fight, and is far more outgoing in battle. He is fairly weak overall, and so tends to be relegated to a support role. Using his curse, moon, and taunting to aid the shinobi. He is hungry quite often, his favorite foods being lettice, pork kabobs, and taffy. He actually hates carrots.

Usati no Noroi (Usati's Curse)

Description: Usati's secret weapon. When used he loses conciousness, his stamina and chakra completely depleted. The targer of the jutsu, who will be hit with two bolts of lightening, will have their chakra locked, enabling them to use Jutsu of only C Rank and lower until Usati wakes.
Usagi no Hoshi (Bunny's Star)
Rank: C Rank
Description: One of Usati's family techniques. He leaps into the air and forms a large star of lightning chakra, launching it down at the foe with a flip kick.
Usagi Tsuki (Bunny Moon)
Rank: C Rank
Description: Another of Usati's family techniques. He surrounds himself in a luminous glow, which then explodes outward. Those caught in it will see every object and person around them as a duplicate of Usati.
Tsuki no Bounty (Moon's Bounty)
Rank: D Rank
Description: A secret technique of Usati's family. In it he releases a rush of chakra which infuses into the target; their next jutsu will be considered one rank higher.
Usati no Chouhatsu; Oshiri Penn Penn! (Usati's Taunt; Butt Patta-Patta)

Description: Not really a jutsu. Usati does a few hand signs, as if preparing for a jutsu, then turns around, smacks his butt a few times tauntingly, and runs away. A distraction technique.
Ankokuhoshi (Dark Star)
Rank: E Rank
Description: A dark mist surrounds Usati, enabling him to hide easily. However he cannot use any lightning jutsu while in the mist.
Background: Usati is the oldest child of the king of Moon Valley, and so heir to the throne. However he is also quite weak by his families standards, most of whom are born higher then Chuunin level. His family attempted to train him to use his jutsu more effectivly, however he had very little success increasing his abilities. He did pick up his families fairly powerful jutsu, but even they have a tendancy to go wrong. With their training seeming to make no progress whatsoever, his family finally decided that a contract would be a good method of helping him increase his strength and confidence a bit.
Usati travelled to the Star Village on foot, so that there would not be the matter of his summoning wearing off, and offered a contract to the Hoshikage. It was intentionally "loose" enabling him to be resigned to another shinobi, should the kage want him to train along with a student. Until then his job was to help out around the village, often being assigned genin missions to help with his training. He generally hates them, finding them boring chores, but he does his best to impress the kage.
